1.What is Baqaala?
Baqaala is Doha grocery, fresh fish & meat delivery service that’s setting new standards of excellence in customer service.

We bring fresh groceries, fish & meat from stores to your door, making shopping in Doha a quick and hassle-free experience.

 
2.What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over 3,000 products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, personal care products, baby care products, pet products, fresh seafood from market & meat and much more.

 
3.What cities and locations do you operate in?

Baqaala currently operates in WEST BAY, LUSAIL, PEARL QATAR, AL WAAB, AIN KHALED, AZIZIA, NAJMA, MUNTAZA, MANSOURA, HILAL, UMM GHUWAILINA, AL GHANIM, AL SADD, BIN OMRAN, AL MIRQAB, MUSHEIREB,GHARAFA,IZGHAWA,LUQTA

 
4.Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in select localities across the locations we are present in. 

 
5.What is the minimum order value?

There is a minimum order value in each store that are set by the stores. Mostly its a minimal value of 50 QAR.

 
6.Do you charge for delivery?

We don’t have delivery charge , however we have a small convenience charges with which we pay salaries to our delivery boys.

 
7.Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Yes, you can pick a new location for delivery. in our app there is an option to change location make sure that you make changes at the time of ordering or else it will be a waste of effort & time for us and will lose time which can be used to serve our customers better.

 
8.How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, contact our customer service to make necessary changes before order is packed and ready for delivery.

 
9.How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I ordered are of good quality?

Our fruits and vegetable vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure the quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of product received. We have a very easy and flexible return or refund policy.

 
10.How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

We will try our best to make sure all items ordered are available. however, if any item is not available our customer care executive will contact you.

 
11.How can I cancel my order?

You can contact customer support and cancel the order any time before its dispatched for delivery.

 
12.What If I want to return something?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via customer support. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue. Or you can return the product at the time of delivery itself and you don’t have to pay for it.

 
13.What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

 

14.How can I make payments at Baqaala?
We accept Cash on delivery (COD) and Ebill  at the moment. If you choose Ebill as the payment method we will send you a link after the final billing of your order from the store, you can use this link to make the payment. However  we are also working on accepting  Credit Cards/Debit Cards payment from our customers from within the app itself
